Overview

Due to the nature of our business sector and being a small business our refund and return policies will seem non traditional. 

Returns are evaluated case by case. Any item new, sealed, and unused in the original packaging will likely be approved for return if shipped from our own inventory and are not a special order or manufacturer direct product and evaluated for refund.

Special orders and Manufacturer direct product are purchased on your behalf and are subject to that specific vendor/manufacturer’s warranty/return/replacement policies. 

Collectables are all NCNR (non creditable, non returnable), so please make your purchase carefully, as some of these products can be selected by the buyer to ship standard post. Offering low cost in shipping rates but are un-trackable through conventional means. Please select a higher shipping rate or alternate carrier than USPS should you want visibility of transit for any order. We’d recommend a purchase/order value/weight to make the increased shipping rate more cost effective. 

Refunds

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Mine Farm Buy LLC. If an item return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We may replace items if they are defective or damaged and are from our own inventory, not a special order or manufacturer direct product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@minefarmbuy.com, reply to any order email, or use out contact page. Please include any and all relative order information to help expedite our response.

Gifts

If the item was a gift when purchased and either shipped to purchaser or shipped directly to you, you’ll need to have the person(s) who completed the order go though our return process for you. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us for the appropriate return address. Buyers may be liable for return shipping at the sole discretion of Mine Farm Buy LLC.

Should you be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund at the discretion of Mine Farm Buy LLC.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
